Terms
Right to Refuse – I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.
Pricing – All commission prices are final and non-negotiable.
Refund Policy – Refunds are only available if I am unable to complete the commission, or if the client requests a refund before any progress has been shared.
References Required – Clients must provide clear reference images. AI-generated references are not accepted.
Artist Rights – I retain the right to post commissioned artwork on my social media, portfolio, Carrd, Ko-fi page, and other platforms unless privacy is requested.
Usage / Commercial Use – Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use requires an additional fee equal to 100% of the commission price and proper credit to the artist.
